Product Advantages

It features high tensile strength, low elongation in use, impact resistance and good troughability, making it suitable for long-distance, large-capacity and high-speed material conveying.

It has better flexibility than fabric-core conveyor belts of the same strength, and requires smaller drum diameter.
Galvanized open steel wires and rubber compounds with excellent adhesion to steel wires are adopted, ensuring tight bonding between steel wires and core rubber, thus providing impact resistance and long service life.
Advanced production technology is applied to ensure uniform arrangement of steel cords, consistent tension, stable operation and low tendency of deviation.
One or two layers of anti-tear mesh can be added according to customers' special requirements to reduce longitudinal tearing of the conveyor belt.
